Yisrael Agency is a licensed commercial insurance brokerage authorized to place coverage in multiple states. We act as your broker - we represent you in the insurance marketplace, not the carrier.

The site is provided for informational purposes and to facilitate intake of prospective and existing client information. You agree to provide accurate information, not to misuse the site, and not to attempt to disrupt or reverse-engineer the platform.

Content on the site - copy, design, code, and brand marks - is owned by Yisrael Agency and may not be reused without written permission.

Information on this site and preliminary responses to intake submissions are educational in nature and do not by themselves create a broker-of-record relationship or bind coverage. A brokerage relationship begins only when we mutually confirm engagement in writing.

No coverage is in force until a carrier issues a binder or policy and any required premium is received. Verbal indications, quote summaries, and proposal documents do not by themselves constitute coverage.

Policy terms, conditions, and exclusions are governed by the issued policy. In any conflict between marketing materials and the policy, the policy controls.

You agree to give complete and accurate information about your operations, exposures, and loss history; to review issued policies promptly; and to notify us of material changes (new locations, new services, acquisitions, changes in payroll or revenue) so coverage can be adjusted.

Our compensation is typically paid by the carriers we place coverage with through standard commissions. Where a separate broker fee, consulting fee, or service fee applies, it is disclosed to you in writing before it is charged.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Yisrael Agency is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the site. Liability for brokerage services is governed by the engagement and applicable state insurance law and is, in any event, limited to the compensation actually received from your account in the prior twelve months.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles, and any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located there, except where state insurance regulation requires a different forum.

We may update these terms. Material changes are reflected in the “last updated” date above. Continued use of the site after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
