Yisrael Agency is a digital commercial insurance brokerage providing risk intelligence, licensed advisory, and full lifecycle management of commercial insurance programs. We act as your advisor and broker of record - we represent you in the insurance marketplace, not the carrier.

We are licensed to transact insurance in Colorado, New York, and Hawaii. Yisrael Agency is a brokerage, not an insurer, and does not itself create or bind insurance coverage.

Some features require an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for activity that occurs under your account, and you agree to notify us promptly of any unauthorized access. Accounts are role-based: client accounts can access only their own workspace, while licensed staff accounts are scoped to their assigned role. You may not attempt to access records outside your authorization.

You agree not to misuse our website or Yisrael Workspace, upload malicious files, interfere with their operation or security, scrape it, or attempt to reverse-engineer it. We may suspend or terminate accounts for misuse, suspected fraud, non-payment of premium to a carrier, or violation of these terms.

Depending on your relationship with us, our brokerage services may include a Yisrael Workspace containing your Business Profile, a document center with versioning and document requests, secure messaging with your advisor, certificate of insurance requests, quote and proposal management, policy records, renewal tracking, tasks, and platform notifications.

Features, availability, and functionality may change, expand, or be discontinued over time as the Yisrael Workspace evolves. We aim for continuous availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.

The Yisrael Agency Yisrael Workspace may use artificial intelligence to organize information, summarize documents, draft communications, and help users navigate their workspace. The assistant does not provide legal advice, tax advice, or insurance coverage decisions, and does not bind insurance coverage.

Coverage decisions remain subject to review by licensed insurance professionals and applicable insurance carriers. AI-generated output may be incomplete or inaccurate and should not be relied on in place of the underlying document, the issued policy, or guidance from your advisor.

Information on this site and preliminary responses to Yisrael Workspace Setup submissions are educational in nature and do not by themselves create a broker-of-record relationship or bind coverage. An advisory relationship begins only when we mutually confirm engagement in writing.

No coverage is in force until a carrier issues a binder or policy and any required premium is received. Verbal indications, quote summaries, and proposal documents do not by themselves constitute coverage.

Quotes, proposals, coverage comparisons, renewal projections, and recommendations shown in your Yisrael Workspace are informational and subject to carrier underwriting, verification, and final acceptance. Nothing you do inside the Yisrael Workspace - including accepting a proposal - binds coverage on its own.

Policy terms, conditions, and exclusions are governed by the issued policy. In any conflict between marketing materials and the policy, the policy controls.

You agree to give complete and accurate information about your operations, exposures, and loss history; to review issued policies promptly; and to notify us of material changes (new locations, new services, acquisitions, changes in payroll or revenue) so coverage can be adjusted. Inaccurate or incomplete information can affect quoting, pricing, and whether a claim is covered.

You are responsible for the content you upload and confirm you have the right to share it with us. Do not upload information you are not authorized to disclose.

Our work is free to you. No advisory fees, no consulting fees, no service fees - consultations, risk reviews, marketing submissions, and ongoing servicing are included in the relationship at no cost.

We are compensated solely by the carriers we place coverage with, through standard commissions on the policies we bind on your behalf. If that ever changes for a specific engagement, we will tell you in writing - and get your sign-off - before anything is charged.

By using our services you consent to receive communications from us electronically - through in-platform notifications, secure messages, and email - and you agree that these satisfy any requirement that a communication be in writing, except where insurance law requires a specific delivery method.

Notifications are generated automatically by platform events and are a convenience, not a guarantee of delivery or of timely review. Time-sensitive insurance matters - including binding, cancellation, and claims - should be confirmed directly with your advisor.

Our website and Yisrael Workspace - including their software, source code, design, interfaces, copy, and brand marks - is owned by Yisrael Agency or its licensors and may not be copied, modified, distributed, or reused without written permission. These terms grant you a limited, revocable, non-transferable right to use them for your own insurance program.

You retain ownership of the business information and documents you upload. You grant us the right to use, store, process, and transmit that content as needed to provide brokerage services and operate your Yisrael Workspace.

Our website and Yisrael Workspace are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement, and we are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of them.

Liability for advisory and brokerage services is governed by the engagement and applicable state insurance law and is, in any event, limited to the compensation actually received from your account in the prior twelve months. Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot be limited under applicable law, including under state insurance regulation.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles, and any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located there, except where state insurance regulation requires a different forum.

We may update these terms as our services evolve. Material changes are reflected in the “last updated” date above. Continued use of our services after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
